Do I need a permit to install a fence?
Planning & Community Development issues a zoning permit for the installation of fencing 6 feet and lower in height. Fencing taller than 6 feet and fencing enclosing swimming pools requires a Building Permit. Please call the Building Office at 973-509-4951.
