The owner of any vacant property must register the property within 30 after the property becomes vacant or 30 days after assuming ownership of the vacant property, or within 10 calendar days after receiving notice from the Township (whichever is earlier), the owner must file a registration statement using the appropriate forms. Registration is valid for 6 months from the date of the property being registered and must be renewed every 6 months as long as the building remains vacant.
