No. Current laws dictate that preparing, storing and selling food from your home is prohibited.

Food must be stored, prepared and/or sold from a licensed food establishment that’s inspected by the Health Department.

If permitted, you can rent space from an already licensed food establishment. You would need a separate inspection and license from the already permitted establishment.
